TigerDirect offers the ADATA 256GB Premier Pro SP900 Serial ATA 6Gb/s 2.5" Internal SSD, model no. ASP900S3-256GM-C, for $149.99 plus around $4 for shipping. That's $0.60/GB and the lowest total price we could find by $16, although ten days ago we saw it for $4 less via mail-in rebate. It features read speeds of up to 550MB/s and write speeds of up to 530MB/s.
