newegg offers the ADATA 1TB Dash Drive USB 3.0 External Hard Drive, model no. ACH11-1TU3-CBK, for $79.99. This $30 mail-in rebate cuts it to $49.99. With free shipping, that's $0.05/GB and the lowest total price we could find by $9 (most stores charge beyond $80), although we saw it for $16 less in April. (However, that included security software and required a much larger rebate.) This hard drive features a maximum data transfer rate of 90MB/s, backward compatibility with USB 2.0, and more.
