ADKernel Announces Formation of ADKernel LLC in Delaware |

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Jun 21, 2014) - ADKernel is pleased to announce the formation of ADKernel, LLC in Delaware, with the headquarters located in Miami, Florida. Crucial departments such as Executive, Sales, and Client Support, previously managed from the Ukraine, were relocated to Florida, while Research and Development remain in the Ukraine for now, albeit tightly integrated with operations in the U.S. Incorporating in Delaware and redefining the company structure are part of ADKernel's initiative to further expand into the North and South American markets, supported by the company's efforts to respond better and faster to client needs in these markets. Another full-service office is scheduled to open in New York City later this year.
