MacMall offers the previous-generation Apple iMac Intel Ivy Bridge Core i5 2.9GHz 21.5" Desktop, model no. MD094LL/A, for $1,119.99. This $90 mail-in rebate drops it to $1,029.99. With free shipping, that's $20 under our mention from a month ago and the lowest total price we've seen for this desktop. (It's $120 less than the best deal we could find for even a refurb — this one's new.) Features include an Intel Core i5-3470s 2.9GHz Ivy Bridge quad-core processor, 21.5" 1920x1080 LED-backlit LCD , 8GB RAM, 1TB hard drive, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 512MB graphics card, AirPort Extreme (802.11n), Thunderbolt, FaceTime HD camera, Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet, Magic Mouse, wireless keyboard, and OS X Mountain Lion.
