In-store only and with the activation of a new 2-year contract, Walmart offers the Apple iPhone 4S 16GB Phone for AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon in Black or White for $89.97. That's $9 under Apple's new price and the lowest total price we could find by $10, although we saw one for $41 less with in-store pickup at Fry's last week (since expired). Sales tax is added where applicable. The iPhone 4S is powered by the Apple A5 dual-core processor and features a 8-megapixel camera which is capable of recording 1080p video at 30 fps with image stabilization. It also features a dual-antenna system, AirPlay Mirroring, Siri voice-activated assistant, an 8-hour battery life, and more.
