It features a 4" 1136x640 touchscreen retina display, Apple A5 1GHz dual-core processor, front-facing 1.2-megapixel FaceTime camera, 720p video capture, 802.11n wireless, Bluetooth 4.0, Siri, and AirPlay. Note that it doesn't include the rear camera that other 5th-generation iPod touch models have.
