AT&T: $50 Prepaid Card with U-verse TV or Internet purchase |

At AT&T, sign up for a select AT&T U-verse Broadband / TV / phone package and receive a $50 AT&T Reward Prepaid Card for free. (A "U-family" U-Verse TV package or greater is required to begin receiving rewards.) Although it's not as strong as our July mention, it's the first time we've seen rewards cards offered with TV service only. Click here for complete details on reward requirements.
Note: Although plans start at $19/month (for TV only), the least expensive option eligible for a prepaid card appears to be the U-Family TV service for around $29/month for the first six months. It includes up to 130 TV channels and one DVR. (Plan prices vary by location.)
