AtmanCo Announces the Conversion of 5,000,000 Warrants Into Shares |

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - June 7, 2017) - AtmanCo Inc. ("AtmanCo" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ATW) announced an amendment to its warrant agreement with Groupe Gestion G5 Inc. ('Gestion G5') to modify the initial expected exercise date of the warrants issued on October 5, 2016 ('warrants') from October 5, 2017 to June 2nd, 2017. As a result, Gestion G5 has exercised and paid in full today 5,000,000 warrants into common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for a total amount of $500,000 which will be used by the Company for its ongoing operations and development.
