Certive Solutions Inc. (CSE:CBP) Announces Investor Relations Agreement

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA--(Marketwired - March 14, 2014) - The Board of Directors of Certive Solutions Inc. (CSE:CBP) (the "Company or Certive") is pleased to announce the Company has entered into an investor relations contract with Thast Projects Inc. of Vancouver, British Columbia. The contract provides that the consultant will receive a fee of $10,000 per month for a term of six months commencing on February 1, 2014. The agreement can be extended on a month to month basis thereafter, with the provision that the Company must provide 30 days' written notice of its intention to terminate the agreement. The Company also has agreed to compensate Thast Projects Inc. as a finder in the event that Thast Projects Inc. identifies financing sources or other properties ultimately secured or acquired by the Company.
