Cyan Files Form S-1 Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering |

PETALUMA, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 4, 2013) - Cyan, Inc., a provider of high-capacity, multi-layer switching and transport platforms, as well as a carrier-grade, software-defined networking platform and applications to network operators, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The registration statement filed today represents the Company's initial public filing pursuant to the provisions of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act of 2012, or the JOBS Act. Cyan's common stock is expected to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CYNI." The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
