David Selakovic Promotes Selacorp's 'From Office to Streets' Initiative |

SINGAPORE--(Marketwired - Jun 10, 2014) - The annual research report by the CNCS, the Corporation for National and Community Service, showed that with one out of every four Americans volunteering through an organization, the willingness to support community services in the United States is very strong amongst citizens of all generations. According to the report, 64.5 million Americans volunteered almost 7.9 billion hours of their time in 2012, which amounts to an estimated value of nearly $175 billion, based on the estimated value of one volunteer hour. The trend of serving to improve the quality of life of neighbors and local communities has been increasing over the past 11 years, a movement that is fostered by more and more companies that organize activities in order to get employees involved in local community services.
