Walmart offers the Element 46" 1080p LED-Backlit LCD HD Television, model no. ELEFC461, for $399.98. Choose free Ship-to-Store pickup to avoid the $34.97 shipping cost. That's $300 off, $50 under our July mention, and one of the lowest prices we've seen for any 46" LED HDTV. Sales tax is added where applicable. It features a native resolution of 1920x1080 (1080p), LED backlight, 4,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 400 cd/m² brightness, 6ms response time, built-in JBL speakers, three HDMI inputs, and VGA and other video inputs.
