Eloqua Announces Pricing of Its Initial Public Offering |

VIENNA, VA--(Marketwire - Aug 1, 2012) - Eloqua, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand Revenue Performance Management solutions, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $11.50 per share. The common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on August 2, 2012 under the ticker symbol "ELOQ."
