TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 11, 2013) - First Global Data Limited ("First Global" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:FGD) would like to announce that it has granted 1,500,000 stock options to one of its Directors. 500,000 options shall vest and be exercisable on October 3, 2014, another 500,000 options shall vest and be exercisable on October 3, 2015, and the final amount of 500,000 options shall vest and be exercisable on October 3, 2016. Each option is exercisable at $0.22 per common share at any time until October 1, 2018.
