GamersGate cuts up to 75% off downloads of over 200 games for Windows or Mac as part of its Summer Sale. With prices starting at 90 cents, that puts many titles at or near the lowest total prices we've seen. Note that some games require a Steam account to activate and play. The sale will be going on throughout August, but select deals end sooner.
A best bet is downloads of the Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition for Windows (pictured) for $40. That's $8 under our mention a month ago and the lowest price we could find by $40. This deluxe edition includes a 70-page digital art book, limited edition digital comic, and in-game content such as a Normandy Robotic Dog companion.
