The iTunes App Store offers Grand Theft Auto 3: 10 Year Anniversary Edition for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad (pictured) for $2.99. That's a $4 drop and the lowest price we could find for this game.
Also available is Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars HD for iPad for 99 cents. That's a $9 drop and the lowest total price we've seen.
