SAULT STE MARIE, ON--(Marketwire - Mar 1, 2012) - Grid Cloud Solutions Inc (PINKSHEETS: GRDCD) announced today a 50:1 reverse split effective February 29, 2012 of its common shares. Further, the company announced its name changed to Great Rock Development Corporation effective. FINRA has assigned a temporary new ticker symbol as GRDCD, which will be changed in 20 business days (March 28, 2012) to GROC as the Company's permanent new symbol. The Company continues to pursue the business initiatives previously announced by management and will update shareholders on its progress in the near future.
