HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - Feb 11, 2013) - The Board of Directors of Houston Wire & Cable Company (NASDAQ: HWCC) today declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share on the Common Stock, payable February 28, 2013, to shareholders of record of Common Stock at the close of business on February 21, 2013.
