Infinera Announces Internet Availability of 2011 Annual Meeting Proxy Materials |

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - April 1, 2011) - Infinera (NASDAQ: INFN) today announced that the proxy materials for its 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders are now available via the Internet in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission's Notice and Access rule. By implementing the Notice and Access rule, Infinera lowers the cost of producing and mailing its Annual Meeting materials and reduces the environmental impact of the Annual Meeting.
