iPhone 5 for T-Mobile for $0 down with Trade-In of an iPhone 4 or 4S |

T-Mobile is now taking preorders for the Apple iPhone 5, with prices starting from $579.99 (or $99.99 down + $20 month) for the 16GB model. Even better, well-qualified customers can trade in their old iPhone 4 or 4S for $0 down (plus monthly payments) with no annual service contract. That's a savings of at least $100 from T-Mobile, who is the first major US wireless company offering the iPhone 5 with no annual service contract. The trade-in offer ends June 16; the iPhone 5 will be available at T-Mobile starting April 12.
Of note, depending on the trade-in value of their old handset, customers will also receive a credit of up to $120 which can be used toward monthly payments, an existing T-Mobile bill, or the purchase of accessories or another device.
