For in-store pickup only, with activation of a new 2-year contract, Best Buy offers the Apple iPhone 5s 16GB Smartphone for AT&T in Space Gray, Silver, or Gold for $124.99. That's $75 under the lowest shipped price we could find for a 16GB iPhone 5s with AT&T, although we saw it for $25 less last month. (We also saw it for free after a phone trade-in five days ago.) It sports an Apple A7 processor, 4" 1136x640 Retina display, 8-megapixel iSight camera with 5-element lens with f/2.2 aperture, True Tone flash, and 1080p video capture with 30 fps video shooting (120 fps shooting at 720p slow motion playback), 1.2-megapixel FaceTime HD camera, Touch ID fingerprint reader built into the home button, M7 motion coprocessor, 802.11n wireless, Bluetooth 4.0, and dual microphones.
Also available via in-store pickup is the Apple iPhone 5s 32GB Smartphone for AT&T in Space Gray, Silver, or Gold for $224.99. That's $75 under the lowest shipped price we could find for a 32GB model with AT&T.
Update: The above phones are the same price for Verizon Wireless, also with a new 2-year contract. Those are all-time lows for these iPhone models on this carrier. A $36 activation fee applies for all purchases.
