VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 20, 2013) - Bill Athwal ("Athwal") issues this press release pursuant to Part 3 - Early Warning Requirements of National Instrument 62-103 with respect to eMedia Networks International Corp. ("eMedia").
Athwal acquired an aggregate of 1,080,000 common shares of eMedia on September 18, 2013 on the TSX Venture Exchange. As a result of these transactions and previous holdings, Athwal owns directly and indirectly 4,075,439 common shares of the Issuer representing 18.86% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
