Walmart once again offers the Neil Poulton-designed LaCie 1TB USB 2.0 External Hard Drive, model no. 301304U, for $57. Shipping adds 97 cents, or opt for free ship-to-store. Even with shipping, that's $0.06/GB and tied with our mention from two weeks ago the lowest total price we've seen for this drive. (It's a current price low by $20.) Sales tax is added where applicable. This drive features a blue LED strip on its underside that creates an ambient glow. It also has a 16MB cache and runs at 7200 rpm.
