The Amazon MP3 Store offers downloads of the Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV MP3 Album for 25 cents. (Google Play offers it for the same price, although sales tax is charged in more locations.) That's the best price we could find for this 15-track, DRM-free rap/hip-hop album, released in August 2011. (iTunes charges $14.99.)
