With last week's news announcement that the Met Office are now better placed to predict 'big freezes' it has been confirmed that their Head of Technology, Charles Ewen will be speaking at the upcoming Big Data World Congress - www.bigdatacongress.com - taking place at 76 Portland Place, London on the 7th November.
