REDMOND, Wash., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Microsoft Corp. today announced the pricing of its offering of $4.75 billion of senior unsecured notes. The notes consist of the following tranches:
$1 billion of 0.875 percent notes due Sept. 25, 2013$1.75 billion of 1.625 percent notes due Sept. 2
