BANGALORE, INDIA and WARREN, NJ--(Marketwired - Dec 26, 2013) - Mindtree (NSE: MINDTREE), a global information technology solutions company, today announced the appointment of Apurva Purohit, the CEO of one of India's largest media businesses, to its Board of Directors effective January 1, 2014. Ms. Purohit will also become a member of the company's audit committee. The Board also elected Parthasarathy NS (Partha) as an Executive Director in addition to his role as the President, Enterprise Service Lines.
