MOSAID Announces Receipt of Interim Order in Proposed Arrangement with Sterling Partners and Canadian Competition Act Approval |

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 18, 2011) - MOSAID Technologies Incorporated (TSX:MSD) today announced that it has obtained an interim order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) approving various matters in connection with the special meeting of MOSAID shareholders. At the special meeting MOSAID shareholders will be asked to consider the proposed arrangement transaction pursuant to which Sterling Partners will acquire all the outstanding common shares of MOSAID for a cash payment of $46.00 per share.
