Amazon offers the Motorola SURFboard eXtreme DOCSIS 3.0 Broadband Cable Modem, model no. SB6121, for $60.52 with free shipping. (Best Buy has it for a buck more.) That's the lowest total price we could find by $2, although it was $6 less via mail-in rebate in April. (For further comparison, we saw a used unit for $7 less in April.) It features upstream and downstream channels, support for IPv4 and IPv6, enhanced network management, and more. This modem may not be compatible with all service providers.
