HONG KONG, CHINA--(Marketwired - Apr 23, 2014) - NetDimensions (LSE: NETD) (OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge, and learning management systems, is pleased to announce the grant of share options to three executive directors ("Directors") as detailed below. The options are to be vested between two and four years. The first tranche vests after two years, the second after three years, and the third after four years. The options are all exercisable at a price of 73 pence each, and will convert into ordinary shares with a nominal value of US$ 0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") on exercise.
