New 16GB iPod touch Prices Will Drop to $190 by September |

Apple just announced a budget 16GB version of its 5th-generation iPod touch priced at $229, which is $70 less than the 32GB model. However, as many dealnews readers know, it may be smart to hold off on purchasing it, as it's likely to drop even further within just a few months.
