That's $19 under the lowest total price we could find for a comparable SATA 3.5" USB 3.0 hard drive enclosure. This can handle any 3.5" SATA hard drive up to 4TB, and features a USB data transfer rate of up to 5Gbps.
Update: These are open-box units, with the original drives removed. (As a result, there is a possibility that the internal chips may be damaged or broken.)
