Parta Dialogue Announces Loan Agreement

MONTREAL, QUEBEC and TORONTO, ONTARIO and PARIS, FRANCE--(Marketwired - Nov. 11, 2013) - Parta Dialogue Inc. ("Parta") (TSX VENTURE:PAD) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Engagement Labs Agency Inc. ("Engagement Labs"), has entered into a loan agreement with an arm's length investor for a secured loan in the principal amount of $200,000 (the "Loan"), the first tranche of which, in the amount of $100,000, was advanced on November 8, 2013, with the balance of the Loan to be disbursed on or about December 1, 2013. The Loan will bear interest at a rate of 2% per month payable semi-annually. The Loan shall become fully due and repayable on November 8, 2016. Proceeds from the Loan will be used for general working capital purposes.
