Today only, newegg offers the refurbished OCZ 120GB Vertex 2 Serial ATA 3Gb/s 3.5" Internal SSD, model no. OCZSSD3-2VTX120G, for $61.99 with free shipping ($0.52/GB). That's $47 off the list price of a new model and the lowest total price we could find for a refurb, although we saw one in April for $6 less. This drive features read speeds of up to 285MB/s and write speeds of up to 275MB/s.
A 180-day warranty applies, although it's unclear who backs it.
