TigerDirect offers the factory-refurbished Roku 2 XS 1080p Wireless Streaming Media Player, model no. RB-3100B, bundled with Total Defense Premium Internet Security for Windows, for $84.99. These $10 and $60 mail-in rebates cut it to $14.99. With around $4 for shipping, that's $35 under our May mention (which didn't include the software) and the lowest total price we've seen. (It's also $46 under the best price we could find for a refurb elsewhere.) The 3-oz. Roku XS 2 streams 1080p HD content from Netflix, Amazon Video On Demand, Pandora, Flickr, and other media apps.
