Walmart offers the refurbished Apple iPad 2 16GB WiFi Tablet in Black, model no. MC954LL/A, or White, model no. MC979LL/A, for $299. Opt for Site-to-Store pickup to dodge the $4.97 shipping fee. That's $21 under the lowest shipped price we could find for a refurb, outside the price below. (For further comparison, we saw it shipped for $9 less two weeks ago.) This 0.3"-thick tablet weighs 1.3 lbs. and features an Apple A5 1GHz dual-core processor, 9.7" 1024x768 touchscreen LCD, 802.11n wireless, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, front and back cameras, 720p video capture, accelerometer, up to 10 hours of battery life, and more.
