Tiger Direct offers the refurbished D-Link Powerline Network Adapter Starter Kit, model no. DHP-307AV, for $22.99 plus around $4 for shipping. That's $2 under our September mention of a refurb and the best price we've seen for this model. (It's $16 under the lowest total price we could find for a new kit.) This starter kit includes two adapters and allows you to create a network using your home's existing electrical wiring. It features speeds up to 200Mbps.
A D-Link warranty applies, although it is unclear how long it's valid.
