LONDON, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 26, 2014) - iLOOKABOUT Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ILA) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of the Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held in London, Ontario on June 26, 2014. The shareholders approved the following motions put forth at the Meeting:
Election of Allan Bezanson, John C. Drake, Jeff Hack, Peter Hyde, Gerald C. Quinn, Gary Yeoman, and Jeff Young as Directors, each for a term of one year;
Re-appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company's auditor and authorization for the directors to fix the auditors' remuneration;
Approval of the amendments to the Company's Stock Option Plan set out in Exhibit A of the Management Information Circular dated May 22, 2014; and
Approval of the Directors Deferred Share Unit Plan set out in Exhibit C of the Management Information Circular dated May 22, 2014.
As the proposed amendments to the Company's current Stock Option Plan were approved, Management withdrew the proposed re-approval of the Company's 2013 Stock Option Plan without amendment.
