Open-source developer Michael Schierl describes jPDF Tweak as the "Swiss Army Knife for PDF Files," and it certainly lives up to that promise. Like a real Swiss Army Knife, jPDF provides a variety of functions for your PDF files. This includes making printable booklets, combining PDF files, adding watermarks, rotating pages, encrypting files, changing the metadata, and more.
