Mr. Zachardy is a seasoned CPA and has an impressive background as a Chief Financial Officer and Tax Specialist for multiple large corporations over the span of his career. More recently, Mr. Zachardy has operated his own independent consulting firm providing services in such areas as finance, accounting, treasury, payroll, recruiting, and income tax solutions. In his private practice Mr. Zachardy has also supported his clients in the areas of partnership negotiations, dispute resolution initiatives and forensic accounting, as well as serving as interim CFO for companies needing financial assistance during periods of corporate transition.
