RiverMeadow Software Names Mark Shirman Chief Executive Officer |

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 24, 2012) - RiverMeadow Software Inc. today announced its Board of Directors has appointed current president Mark Shirman as its president and chief executive officer, effective as of August 21, 2012. Shirman will also join RiverMeadow's Board of Directors. Shirman replaces RiverMeadow Founder and CEO Sanjay Mazumder, who will now serve as Senior Vice President of Strategy.
