TigerDirect offers the Samsung 840 250GB Serial ATA 6Gb/s 2.5" Internal SSD, model no. MZ-7TD250BW, bundled with a coupon for a download of Far Cry 3 for Windows for $189.99. This $40 mail-in rebate cuts it to $149.99. With free shipping, that's $0.60/GB, $14 under yesterday's mention (which was bundled with a different game), and the lowest total price we could find by $14. (For further comparison, we saw the SSD alone for $10 less on Black Friday, since expired.) This solid state drive features read speeds of up to 530MB/s and write speeds of up to 240MB/s.
