Adorama via eBay again offers the Samsung 250GB 840 Series Serial ATA 6Gb/s 2.5" Internal SSD, model no. MZ-7TD250BW, for $139.99 plus $4.10 for shipping ($0.58/GB). That's the lowest total price we could find by $29, although it was $4 less two weeks ago. It features read speeds of up to 530MB/s and write speeds of up to 240MB/s.
