Samsung finds labor violations at Chinese suppliers |

Dozens of China-based suppliers to Samsung Electronics violated various labor regulations last year, including failing to pay overtime wages and provide proper safety equipment for workers, according to recent audits.In a report Monday, the Korean electronics maker revealed some of its progress in keeping company suppliers in line with labor codes. Back in November 2012, Samsung announced it would address ongoing labor violations at the China-based manufacturers after a labor watchdog group accused one of the suppliers of using child workers.To read this article in full or to leave a comment, please click here
