TigerDirect offers the SanDisk 240GB Extreme 2.5" Serial ATA 6Gb/s Internal SSD, model no. SDSSDX-240G-G25, for $159.99 plus around $4 for shipping ($0.68/GB). That's the lowest total price we could find by $14, although we saw it for $4 less last week. It features read speeds of up to 550MB/s and write speeds of up to 520MB/s.
Update: Rakuten Shopping has it for $149.99 with free shipping ($0.62/GB); it also includes 1,500 Rakuten Super Points (which is equal to a $15 credit).
