TigerDirect offers the SanDisk 256GB Serial ATA 3Gbp/s 2.5" Internal SSD, model no. SDSSDP-256G-G25, for $179.99. This $30 mail-in rebate cuts it to $149.99. With $4.18 for shipping, that's $0.60/GB and the lowest total price we could find by $11, although we saw it for $14 less in January. It features read speeds of up to 490MB/s and write speeds of up to 350MB/s. Rebate expires July 1.
