Walmart offers the Sceptre 23" 1080p LED Widescreen LCD HD Television with Built-In DVD Player, model no. E243BD-FHD, for $169.98. Shipping adds $9.97, or choose free Site-to-Store pickup. That's $10 under our February mention and the lowest total price we could find. (It's also $109 under the lowest price we could find for a similar 24" 1080p HDTV with built-in DVD player elsewhere.) Sales tax is added where applicable. It features a 1920x1080 (1080p) resolution, LED backlight, 1,000:1 native contrast ratio, 250 cd/m², 5ms response time, USB port, three HDMI inputs, and VGA and other video inputs.
