TigerDirect offers the Seagate Backup 1TB USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive in Black, model no. STBU1000100, with Total Defense Premium Internet Security for Windows for $94.99. These $10 and $60 mail-in rebates cut it to $24.99. With around $4 for shipping, that's $0.03/GB, $24 under last month's mention of a different color, and the best price we've seen. (It's also a current price low by $36.) This drive is compatible with Windows and Mac and features pre-loaded backup software. Deal ends December 13.
Of note, the software must be activated before the rebate can be redeemed. Be sure to cancel before 12 months are up or you will be charged an annual fee.
