Technic Inc. and STS Switzerland Announce Joint Agreement for Equipment Sales and Distribution in North America and Europe |

PAWTUCKET, RI--(Marketwire - May 10, 2011) - Technic Inc. and STS Switzerland have announced their joint agreement whereby Technic will have exclusive sales and distribution rights in the US, Canada and Mexico of the STS vibratory technology, including the company's "Oscillant," "Vibarrel®" and "Osciline®" products. Technic will inventory various size portable vibratory units and provide spare parts, repair and service from its equipment manufacturing facility located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Technic will also offer STS's Osciline® technology which can provide greater efficiency while reducing the overall size of the equipment required.
