MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 4, 2011) - Miranda Technologies Inc. (TSX:MT), a worldwide provider of infrastructure, playout and monitoring systems for the television broadcast, cable, satellite and IPTV industry, today announced that it has been awarded a contract by The Switch, the video and fiber switching services business, to supply 3G video routing switchers and centralized control solutions for a 50 city fiber transmission expansion project.
